Product description

Cuirasses like this were worn around the 16thcentury in whole Europe. This piece consists of a breastplate, a backplate and tassets. The tassets consist of several segments that are connected to each other for extra freedom of movement.
The parts of the cuirass are connected to each other with leather straps.

The cuirass can be adjusted to the right size and is suitable for a chest circumference up to 120 cm. It is made of 1,6 mm thick steel and weighs approx. 7,8 kg.
