Product description
This is a replica of a Late-Roman helmet found in Intercisa (Italy). Helmets like this were worn by the Roman legionaries around the 3th century AD. Possibly the model of the helmets found there were derived from the helmets of the Persian Empire, which was emerging in that period.
The helmet is made of steel and has cheek plates and a neck protector. The helmet is decorated with motives that are typical for the Late-Roman art style. It is delivered including an interior arming cap and is suitable for a head circumference up to 61 cm.
