This 10 cm wide strip of fabric is woven on an extra narrow loom and therefore has very neatly finished edges and is woven in a diamond twill pattern. The diamond twill is a historic weave and very suitable for making re-enactment accessories. Sold in rolls of 7 meters, the strip of fabric is perfect for making your own leg wrappings (7 meters is enough for making 1 pair), belts, decorated sleeves and decorating garment hems. Diamond twill fabrics were a symbol of status in the Early and High Middle Ages.
