Product description
This Viking jewel is a replica of an 11th century jewel found in Gotland. The original of this jewel was found in Domerarve in Gotland (Sweden) and is currently part of the collection of the Statens Historika Museet in Stockholm. The early medieval Scandinavians regularly used mountain crystals for their jewelry. Unlike the original, the 'crytstal' of this replica is made of glass. The glass is hand crafted and almost exactly like mountain crystal.
