Our Red Dragon shin guards provide excellent protection against strikes below the knee. The shin is shielded by a rigid plastic plate to distribute the force of the impact, while the generous layer of foam padding beneath absorbs the force. The calf and ankle are further safeguarded by integrated plastic plates with foam padding. The guards stay securely in place with 2 elastic Velcro straps at the back of the calf and are fastened around the ankle with a nylon strap.
