Product description

Similar butt caps were used in the Bronze Age already, made of bronze. The iron models were used from the beginning of th Iron Age to the 4th century AD. Such butt caps were used by both Gaulish, Germanic, Greek, Etruscan and Roman warriors from infantry and cavalry divisions.

The butt cap is 9,5 cm long and has a diameter of 3,5 cm. It is handmade from steel.
