Product description
This ink is made using an original recipe, from gall apples, gum arabic and iron sulphate. The recipes for ink were a closely guarded secret in ancient and medieval times, but it is possible to reconstruct them. This ink is made with a recipe from the 3rd century BC. The ink is brown when you put it onto paper or papyrus, but turns black when dried completely. One glass bottle contains 10 ml. The bottle is closed with a cork and a seal, showing the god Mercury.
