Product description

This imposing spearhead is made of hardened EN45 carbon steel and is suitable for the Viking Age and the Middle Ages (10th/11th century - Type K/M according to Petersen). It has a length of about 52 cm (20.5 in) and cutting edges of about 29 cm (11.4 in). The blade is strongly tapered, from a broad base to a long, narrow point, and is reinforced with a prominent, raised rim along the center for extra strength and piercing ability. Using two pre-drilled holes, the spearhead can be attached to a wooden shaft of your choice, allowing you to create your own Viking or early medieval spear. Shaft and additional mounting material are not included.
