Product description
This disc fibula is a replica of a 9th-10th century original excavated in grave 967 in the Viking city of Birka. The fibula is made in the Borre style. Fibulae were often given as burial gifts to the original owner of the item. The original is nowadays part of the collection of the Statens Historiska Museet in Stockholm.
