This Valknut is based on a woodcut found in Oseberg in Norway. The Valknut is sometimes depicted on Viking stones, mainly together with the god Odin. It is therefore sometimes called the Odin's knot or Wodans' knot. These Wooden Valknuts are painted black on both sides. This wood carving is a beautiful work of art for your wall and makes a great unique gift. You can optionally paint or stain the wood if you want to hang it in the garden.
