Product description

This model bayonet was produced in England from 1853-1870. It was used in the British army all over the world until 1875. This bayonet was also designed to fit the Enfield 1853 pattern musket, also called the P53 Enfield. It was used during the Krim war, American Civil War, war in New Zealand and the Indian mutinies. This bayonet has a typical Britis design, it fits over the barrel muzzle and is fastened into position by means of a mortise slot and locking ring. This bayonet is delivered including a leather scabbard.
