Product description

This helmet appeared on the battlefield in its earliest forms from the 13th century onwards. It turned out to be a winning design that was used for almost three centuries. It has a terrifying fixed sight that enhances the intimidating appearance of an approaching knight. This large helmet is inspired by a statue from Olite Cathedral, dating from the mid-13th century. These types of helmets were mostly seen in the mid-13th century to the early 14th century, as can be seen in some documents such as the Codex Manesse, the Maziejowsky Bible or the Cantigas. The helmet is 1.6 mm thick and suitable for reenactment.
