How can I best adjust the helmet size?
Sometimes you need to adjust your helmet size for a comfortable fit. Helmets with a leather inlay can be slightly adjusted in terms of size.
By making the cord of the inlay tighter or looser, you can adjust the depth of the helmet for a better fit.
If you need a larger size adjustment, that is also possible. If you completely loosen the cord of the leather inlay, you can place a foam strip along the edge of the helmet, under the inlay. When you then push the inlay back into place and close it again, the foam strip will stay in place. Epic Armory provides foam strips with their helmets, but if you have a helmet from another brand, you can also use this method with self-purchased foam strips.
