Belts like this were worn from the early to late Middle Ages. It is very easy to use, it has a ring through which you can pull the leather end of the belt. The center of the belt has another ring, which is on your back when you wear it. Both rings have a beautiful decoration of hand-stitched leather on both sides, which creates an authentic look.
