Product description

14th and 15th century armor leaves an opening at the armpit, between the cuirass and the shoulder pieces. From the beginning of the 14th century, mail sleeves and voiders were therefore developed. the voiders ensure that you do not have to wear full mail haubergeon under the armor to avoid these weak spots. These voiders are based on 15th century images.

These voiders are attached to each other. You put them on like a kind of half chain mail. If necessary, they can also be attached to the arming jacket or gambeson. Or you can provide them with a textile inlay yourself.
