This rapier is designed by Hanwei for martial arts and re-enactment. This rapier has a blunt blade with safety tip. It is a replica of the early 16th century rapiers that were used by bourgeoisie and nobility.

The rapier has a carbon steel blade with a 50-52 HRC hardness. It is 110,50 cm long with a blade of 94 cm and it weighs 992 grams.
