This sword is based on several Medieval originals. This one-handed sword has been specially developed for HEMA, Historical European Martial Arts. In addition, this sword is perfect to use for reenactment battles. The leather grip of this sword is extra wide for a better grip with gauntlets and HEMA gloves. The tip has an extra thickening for more safety. This sword has a blade with a medium flexibility, it has been tested for a pressure of 10 - 11 kg. This pressure is considered safe in most HEMA tournaments.
