The sporran is a bag that is traditionally worn on the Scottish kilt. For kilts without pockets, it serves as a storage place where personal items can be kept. The sporran hangs in front of the loin, but if it is more practical it can also be worn on the side.
Technically speaking, the sporran is a further development of the European medieval belt bag. It is one of the few forms of this bag that is still in use today.
This sporran is decorated with a leather braid motif. You can close it with the leather button. It has 2 loops to hang it on a belt.
