Product description

Cold Steel developed this sword in honour of William the Conquerer and his invasion in England. The sword is a good reproduction of a luxurious Norman sword (Oakeshott type X). In the Middle Ages this sword functioned as a modern AK46 Kalasnikov. It was used for hundreds of years during all of the crusades and is the most occurring sword in a large diversity.

This sword has a length of 95 cm with a blade of 76 cm and a grip of approx. 18,5 cm. It is made of carbon steel with a hardness of approx. HRC 53. It weighs 1015 grams and is accurately finished. Like all Cold Steel swords this sword is razor sharp and it can easily split a telephone book.

It is delivered in a beautiful scabbard covered with leather that is strengthened at the ends with steel decorations.
