Product description
This lamellar armor is based on remains of lamellae found in Sweden, in the historic Viking towns of Visby and Birka. Lamellar armour was used from the early Middle Ages until the late Middle Ages and was especially popular among the Germanic people and the Vikings. Even remains from around 1361 have been excavated. This armor consists of steel lamellar plates that are sewn onto a solid brown leather base. The leather has beautiful authentic details, such as cross-stitches and lining of the edges with a thick leather thread. The armor protects the chest, shoulders, upper arms, abdomen, and back. The back consists of a sturdy leather armor. The armor has six straps to adjust it to size, so it is suitable for almost all sizes.
