This spectacle fibula is a replica of an original from 1000 BC. Spectacle fibulae were worn in a large variety all over Europe from Scandinavia to Italy during the Bronze Age. This type of fibula has been excavated in male and female graves and was worn by both sexes.

This fibula is made of bronze and measures 6 x 3 x 1,5 cm.
