This LARP shield is based on the historical kite shields that were used during the High Middle Ages. These were also the shields that were brought along on Crusades. This shield is decorated with a red Knights Templar cross with a white and black background. The shield is painted so lifelike that it looks like you can see the grain of the wood through the paint. The edge appears to be just made of steel including imitation steel rivets. The shield has three pairs of leather straps at the back, so you can wear it on both arms in different ways.
