Product description
The bycocket, nowadays also known as the "Robin Hood hat," was a popular headgear in the Middle Ages, especially among higher social classes. It features a high, turned-up brim and a pointed front, often adorned with feathers or other decorative elements. This headgear was worn not only for practical reasons such as protection from the sun but also as a symbol of status and fashion. This bycocket is made from a wool blend. It is delivered without the cotton cap shown in the photo.
